HP TouchPad launch announced

HP has launched HP TouchPad with WebOS 3.0 operating system. The Tablet has to compete with the likes of Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, BlackBerry PlayBook, Motorola Xoom tablets.












The HP TouchPad comes with 9.7 inch multi touchscreen display, vibrant 18-bit color, 1024x768 resolution display. The tablet supports Wi-Fi network and have on-board memory of 16/32GB.



The instant messaging features and applications are available in the device like Microsoft Exchange email with Microsoft Direct Push Technology POP3/IMAP, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail etc. All the HP TouchPad are packed with latest features with next-gen technology. The price for the device has not been announced yet. HP also announced two mobiles: HP Veer and HP Pre3.
