Samsung has launched Samsung Behold SGH-T919 phone. This touchscreen based smartphone is a ltest addition in Samsung range of smartphone comprising OMNIA and DARE.


Behold has Quadband with UMTS/WCDMA , 3-inch display and a 5 MP camera. It consistes of all the latest cell phone features like AGPS navigation, 3G network access, an HTML Web browser, POP3 and IMAP e-mail , text and instant messaging, a full range of PIM apps, a full digital music player, and games and utilities. Samsung Behold SGH-T919 comes with two touch keypads, a traditional portrait alphanumeric dial/multi-touch pad, and a landscape QWERTY keyboard.

Motorola' New range 2009

Motorola is supposed to launch its new range of phones for Verizon in year 2009. We were able to find some of the leak pictures. The phones named FLASH, a RUSH 2, a CALGARY and an INFERNO are supposed to be launched for Verizon wireless in the coming Quarters.

Android Lenovo Phone

Yes its true.. Its not at all an typo. When i heard it first even i was thinking when Lenovo started making cellphone? But Lenovo is supposed to provide China mobile's first Android based phone. Chinese markets will be getting their own version of HTC G1 by Lenovo. Lenovo phone supposed to be an Android device in the first quarter of 2009 .

The supposed device is also been named in market as OPhone coz of it IPhone kinda looks. Lenovo phone is designed specifically to cater Chinese markets by China Mobile's Open Mobile System . Lenovo Phone consists of Android core with support and apps for the carrier's TD-SCDMA 3G network. Not much is known about the other apps & features of the upcoming smartphone.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is about to debut in US markets after doing an uproar in Europe. This music phone though not the first one in line is S60 5th edition device with touchscreen support. Android based Kogan Agora

Australian online-only enterprise Kogan is accepting pre-order for Google's Android based Agora and Agora Pro priced at (AU$299; US$192) & (AU$399; US$256) respectively. This is supposed to be third Android based googlephone after T-Mobile's HTC G1 & QiGi i6. Kogan Agora is supposed to venture Down under as unlocked versions. Kogan Agora & Agora Pro models features with an undisclosed 624MHz processor and have 128MB RAM and 256MB flash ROM, with a microSD slot for expansion. Kogan did not disclosed the name of the original manufacturer but since company is primarily a direct retailer so it supposed to be assemled somewhere else.

Nokia N96 firmware update

For all those Nokia buffs who were waiting for anything new from NOKIA after the announcement of N97 your wait has come to an end. Nokia is coming up with v12.043 OTA (Over the Air) update of N96 firmware. Nokia N96 firmware update is based on the S60 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 2 platform.
This update is also available through Nokia Software Updater (NSU).The updates are considered to emphasise more on smoother user experience. Updated Nokia N96 results in faster navigated interfaces and more accurate camera focus. WiFi is also improved with faster connects & improved range.

Other improvements include Improved overall Bluetooth interoperability Improved overall Bluetooth interoperability. This updated firmware also changes the overall email experience & make the Nokia N96 compatible with Nokia Email service (application available as separate download) .

Many fixes for conditions that can lead to application crashes or instabilities have also been introduced in this update. There has also been a fix for issue with alarm snoozing when alarm was set and device was powered off. I think all the above are pretty descent reasons for Nokia N96 update with the new version.

When closed, its colorful chin reveals music controls; opened, the whole thing morphs into a tiny handset -- and a refreshing change of pace from the giant clamshells those poor souls on KDDI are usually subject to, may we add.

Meant for high speed web access it also integrates power of Web 2.0 with one button acces to Scial Networking media like facebook.It also has features like GPS (Nokia Maps) , photo-sharing services and music downloads through is next generation Ovi Platform.
