Samsung Captivate Galaxy S smartphone is announced in collaboration by Samsung and AT &T.

The Galaxy S comes with version 2.1 of the Android operating system, but will be upgradeable to version 2.2 for additional Adobe Flash support. lt bring users a fully integrated entertainment, messaging and social networking experience.There is a 1 GHz Samsung Hummingbird Application Processor and Samsung Social Hub, a feature that integrates the user’s messages, personal and business email, calendars and contacts.
It represents new breed of smartphones powered by innovative Google Android platform,v2.1 upgradable to v 2.2 for additional Adobe Flash support. It will also fully support Google Mobile Services namely Android Market, Google Maps, Google Search, Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk and more.
The Samsung Captivate smartphone is equipped with the messaging experience is enhanced with group messaging and “reply all” functionality, a threaded conversations format, a consolidated inbox, and enhanced multi-media display.
