It's been a while since the first rumors of Galaxy Tab 7.7 surfaced, and prospective buyers were anxious to learn more about this tablet that promised to be the very best in its class. Samsung has scored high marks with its 10.1 model and has its eye fixed on achieving the same with the 7.7 model, and what's beneath the hood entitles them to set their expectations high.

Galaxy 7.7 is powered by a mighty 1.4 GHz dual core processor and a Super AMOLED display sporting a resolution of 1280 x 800. Samsung is famous for delivering clear images and excellent viewing angles on all its devices, and this revolutionary tablet doesn't disappoint. In terms of sheer aesthetics, this is one slim and elegant tablet, and the quality plastic makes it look good and feel very light. It is a pleasure to hold it and given its superior display. Speaking of which the HSPA+ should make it possible to achieve download speeds of as much as 21Mbps, and you can save all that content on the 16GB of internal storage. If you need more, you can just as easily add a 64GB micro SD, and it is possible to use Galaxy Tab 7.7 without recharging it for up to 10 hours. Cameras have never been a tablet's best selling point, but Samsung's latest release sports a 3MB rear facing camera and a 2MB on the front side, that exceed expectations.
