Symbian 3 Nokia C7 smartphone launched in India

It was expected that new Nokia C series top line mobile phone model, Nokia C7 will be launched in India soon and it is here now. Nokia C7 is a Symbian 3 operating system based smartphone and this 3G enabled handset has all the ingredients to boom the market and the most alluring are its colours viz. Charcoal Black, Frosty Metal and Mahogany Brown. The smart gadget boasts an active-matrix super AMOLED touch screen sized at 3.5” and the body is made of aluminium. This Symbian 3 based smartphone handset is also 3G enabled. The gadget is armed with a 3.5-inch wide capacitive AMOLED touch screen and is made in aluminium. The Clear Black Technology used in the display screen promises good readability in sunlight. It is available in three dynamic colours viz. Frosty metal, Charcoal black and Mahogany brown. There is a 8-megapixel camera in the phone along with advanced connectivity features such as WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v3.0.

The other additional features of Nokia C7 are Ovi Maps with free GPS, digital compass, Nokia Messaging etc. In addition, it has also supports up to 32GB of microSD storage and has built-in 8GB of memory. There is dual microphone in Nokia C7 which is its unique feature as the second one is exclusively used for active noise cancelling and also for capturing audio during video recording. Nokia C6 01 tablet smartphone to foray in India

Nokia C6 01 is the latest tablet smartphone from Nokia and is the successor of Nokia C6. It is a bit different from it in not having QWERTY keypad. It is economically priced at Rs. 17500 and is a normal touchscreen mobile. It works on a new operating system, Symbian 3 and has a 3.2", 360 x 640 pixels, AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. It bears 104 x 53 x 14mm dimensions and weighs just 131 gm.



The multimedia features of Nokia are quite nice as there is an in-built FM radio and music player that supports various formats as expected from a gadget running on high-end Symbian 3 OS. There is a 8 megapixel camera incorporated in this smart gadget which delivers quite commendable results. It is located on the rear side of the phone and has features as a dual-LED flash and 720p HD video capture capability. There is 3.5G data support in Nokia C6 01 that also has 802.11b/g and n configured Wi Fi.



Nokia C6-01 also supports Ovi Maps Navigation along with GPS. For social networking and webmail support, plus a web browser and a wide range of applications can be downloaded on Nokia C6 01. Nokia C series arrives in India soon
