LG to launch there LG GD880 Mini in India by March 2010

LG has launched LG GD880 Mini and it has become popular as world’s “smallest and thinnest” 3.2-inch touch-screen smartphone.

The LG Mini has actually been named according to its structure as it is coming in a very sleek package though the company has not announced as yet the dimensions of the mobile.

The company has reduced the casing i.e. the mobile is structured on the infinity-esque approach in which the screen is fitted almost close to the edge of the handset. In this way they had managed to save on bulk.

The company press release has not covered any specifications of the new mobile but it is expected that LG GD880 will be packed with powerful 5-megapixel snapper, for better connectivity it will be equipped with Wi-Fi, A-GPS and microSD support and also 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity. The LG provides you with beautiful experience of colours on 3.2-inch touchscreen with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

LG GD880 will also support Social networking with its own site Social Network Connect service, including desktop Facebook and Twitter applications

The GD880 Mini is expected to be available in European market by the next month, closely followed by other markets though the price has not been disclosed by the company.
